Rockstar Games staff in the UK will vote anonymously online on recognising a union between 12 and 26 November, a window that covers the 19 November release of Grand Theft Auto VI. If backed, the IWGB-affiliated Rockstar Game Workers Union would be the biggest recognised union in Britain's games industry, giving workers a formal say on pay, bonuses, overtime, redundancies, flexible working and AI policies.
