Green Berets Rise From the Deep in Biggest Commando Drill Since Afghanistan

British commandos surfaced from the German attack submarine U36 off Cape Wrath, mainland Britain's most north-westerly point, during Exercise Strike Warrior. It is the UK Commando Force's largest workout in 15 years and the first time since Afghanistan that all its specialist elements have operated together. More than 2,000 personnel, eight warships and 19 aircraft from six Nato nations, including the US, are taking part.
