US investment firm Apollo Global Management has made a non-binding offer for Uniper, the German energy company Berlin rescued for €13.5 billion in 2022, Reuters reports, citing two people familiar with the matter. The German government owns 99.12% and wants to sell up to 74.12%. EPH, Brookfield with CPPIB, Equinor and KKR with RWE are also reported bidders, in a deal worth around €10 billion.
