Google launches smart glasses, major AI update for search

Google users will see its main search engine expand with advanced artificial intelligence. The company announced these updates on Tuesday at its annual I/O conference, also revealing "intelligent eyewear" set to go on sale this autumn. This new AI integration, powered by the Gemini 3.5 model, will roll out globally across desktop and mobile versions.
