Man gets 25 years for stabbing nine-year-old girl

Deividas Skebas, 26, must serve at least 25 years for murdering Lilia Valutyte in Boston, Lincolnshire. The child was using a hoop outside a shop when the stranger fatally stabbed her chest. Although a jury convicted him, Skebas will remain at Rampton Hospital for psychiatric care until fit for prison. Lawyers claimed the defendant suffered from schizophrenia and psychosis during the July 2022 attack.
