Katy Perry apologises as Belgium show cancelled

Pop star Katy Perry apologised to fans after her show at Belgium's Werchter Boutique festival was cancelled because of extreme weather concerns. Local authorities ordered the cancellation for crowd safety as Europe experiences an intense heatwave. Perry, who was already backstage, said she was "just as unhappy" and had planned to wear her 2009 outfit.
