FT journalists challenge four-day office plan
Working patterns for hundreds of newsroom staff in London could change by the end of the year, raising concerns over childcare, costs and fairness. Financial Times journalists have formally opened a dispute with management after plans were outlined to increase mandatory office attendance from three to four days a week. The proposal would affect about 500 to 600 editorial employees at Bracken House, while other departments keep more flexible arrangements.
