Trump Demands 7 Nations Secure the Strait of Hormuz - NATO's Future at Stake
Countries that benefit from the Strait of Hormuz are expected to assist in securing it, or the Nato alliance's future could suffer. US President Trump has spoken to around seven nations, including China, about helping to patrol the critical waterway. Trump previously said the US helped European allies with Ukraine, asking if they would now reciprocate that assistance.
