Russia calls UK shadow fleet boarding deeply hostile
Russia's diplomatic mission in the UK has labelled PM Keir Starmer's decision to authorise military boarding of sanctioned Russian shadow fleet vessels in British waters as "deeply hostile," warning of political, legal and other responses. Starmer approved the move to stop Russia circumventing Western sanctions on oil, aiming to cut funds for Moscow's war in Ukraine.
