Gary Wilmot writes new comedy play about waiting men
Gary Wilmot has written and stars in a new theatrical production titled While They Were Waiting at a pub theatre in London. This comedy features the former New Faces winner alongside Steve Furst as two distinct characters who bond during a long delay. Although the premise resembles Samuel Beckett’s work, the playwright admits he felt confused when watching a recent West End staging of Waiting for Godot.
