Frasers offers €1.98bn for full Hugo Boss control

Frasers Group, which owns Sports Direct, has made a near-€2bn offer to take full control of luxury brand Hugo Boss. Mike Ashley's retail group already owns 26% of the German fashion company and is offering €38 per share for the rest. This offer, worth about £1.73bn, will now go to a shareholder vote.
