Ferrari shares fall 6% after electric car launch

Ferrari shares fell more than 6% on Tuesday after the Italian carmaker revealed its first fully electric model, the Luce, in Rome. The four-door, five-seat grand tourer was designed with Jony Ive's LoveFrom studio and costs 550,000 euros, with more than 1,000 horsepower and a range above 500 kilometres. Investors questioned whether a luxury performance brand can move into electric vehicles without diluting the exclusivity its customers pay a premium for.
