Water boss admits wrong communication on outages
Customers in Kent and Sussex experienced poor communication and service during recent South East Water supply outages. Chief executive David Hinton admitted he 'got it wrong' on how quickly the public was informed, acknowledging communication needed to be better. The company also missed 70 of its nearly 35,000 bottled water deliveries meant for vulnerable customers.
