F1 2027 calendar confirms 24 races with 10 Sprint weekends starting in Bahrain

Formula 1's 2027 calendar has been announced, increasing Sprint weekends from six to 10 across 24 rounds. The season will open in Bahrain on March 12-14, following a four-day pre-season test from February 24-27. Portugal's Portimao and Turkey's Istanbul Park will return, while the Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort is off the schedule.
