Ex-Liverpool Star Dirk Kuyt Named Fenerbahçe Boss

Former Liverpool striker Dirk Kuyt has been named interim coach of Fenerbahçe, a week before the Turkish club host his old side in the Champions League. Kuyt, 46, was assistant to Ismail Kartal, who quit after Monday's 2-1 derby defeat by Galatasaray. Kuyt won the Turkish league title as a Fenerbahçe player in 2014. The Liverpool match takes place in Istanbul on Wednesday 4 November.
