Ex-gang leader found guilty of Tupac Shakur's 1996 murder

A Las Vegas jury found Duane Keith Davis, a former South Side Compton Crips leader, guilty of ordering the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur. The verdict follows almost three decades after Shakur sustained four gunshot wounds while in a vehicle close to the Las Vegas Strip. Davis, 63, was arrested in 2023 after detailing his involvement in a 2019 memoir and other confessions.
