EU steel quotas could kill Ukraine's industry

New EU limits on steel imports could destroy Ukraine's industry and deal a big blow to its budget as it defends itself. Metinvest chief Yuriy Ryzhenkov warned the new quota system, due on July 1, could "kill" the country's steel sector. The EU halved tariff-free quotas and doubled tariffs to a prohibitive 50% for imports over set limits.
