Venezuela earthquake victims feel abandoned by government
After twin earthquakes killed at least 1,700 people in Venezuela, many residents feel let down by the government's slow response. Families are digging through rubble themselves, saying official help arrived very late or not at all in some areas. Interim President Delcy Rodríguez called it the "most brutal natural catastrophe" in Venezuela's history.
