Elizabeth line to Heathrow facing all-day disruption due to tunnel leak

Major disruption is affecting rail services between central London and Heathrow throughout Monday because of a tunnel leak. Transport for London (TfL) reports no service between Hayes & Harlington and Heathrow terminals, with severe delays to Paddington. Only a single line is in use, and these service problems are anticipated to continue for the remainder of the day.
