ElBaradei calls Trump madman over Iran threat

Former IAEA chief Mohamed ElBaradei urged Gulf governments to act after Donald Trump warned “time is running out” for Iran to reach a deal. ElBaradei, who led the agency from 1997 to 2009, also appealed to the United Nations, China, Russia and Emmanuel Macron to intervene.
