Nearly 3,000 people missing after Nepal-Tibet floods

The number of people missing in the Nepal-Tibet floods has risen to nearly 3,000, with 669 confirmed dead in Nepal alone. Nepal's government has asked neighbouring countries for specialised help, including tunnel rescue teams and forensic analysis. The floods began on Wednesday after a glacier collapsed in Nepal's Langtang national park.
