Diesel Now Costs £100 to Fill a Family Car
Drivers haven't faced pump prices this high since December 2022, with costs climbing steadily since the Iran conflict began. Average diesel at UK forecourts reached 182.8p per litre — up 40p since fighting started — bringing the bill for a typical 55-litre tank to £100.52. Petrol has risen 20p to 152.8p per litre over the same period.
