Defence Secretary and minister quit over funding

The resignations of Labour's defence secretary and armed forces minister are putting pressure on Sir Keir Starmer. John Healey and Al Carns both left their roles after criticising the party's military investment plans. Two parliamentary aides also exited, adding to the pressure on the Labour leader.
