Clapham Chinese restaurant permanently closes after mice droppings found
A Chinese restaurant in South London, Dumplings & Baos, has permanently closed after food hygiene inspectors found a "large amount" of mice droppings in its kitchen and customer areas. Lambeth Council's Environmental Health team gave the Clapham restaurant the lowest possible food hygiene rating of zero out of five following an inspection on March 26, 2026. The business initially closed voluntarily, and its phone number is no longer working, with Google listing it as 'permanently closed'.
