Florida sues ChatGPT, says it ignored safety

Florida is suing the company behind ChatGPT, saying it ignored safety warnings and put kids at risk. The state filed an 83-page lawsuit on Monday against OpenAI and CEO Sam Altman, over the chatbot's alleged dangers. This follows a criminal investigation into ChatGPT's role in a shooting at Florida State.
