Third abandoned sibling adopted in London case

Third abandoned sibling adopted in London case

Elsa, the youngest of three children found abandoned in Newham, east London, will be adopted by her foster family, a judge decided. She was discovered in 2024, following the earlier finds of Harry in 2017 and Roman in 2019. Police investigations, including DNA analysis and reviewing 450 hours of CCTV footage, have so far failed to identify the parents. A £20,000 reward is available. The older children have already been adopted; contact between all three will be facilitated.
