Dozens of cyclists are ignoring the new pedestrian-only rules on London's Oxford Street, with none seen being fined. The Standard counted 51 riders, including e-bike users and delivery workers, passing through the 1km traffic-free stretch on its second day. Transport for London says it is focusing on advice first, though riders can face penalties of up to £160 for breaking the new ban.
