Anthropic makes Sonnet 4.6 the new default model
On Tuesday, Anthropic released its latest mid-sized system to all users on free and paid plans. This update brings better programming abilities and a larger memory window of one million tokens. The launch comes just under two weeks after the firm debuted its larger Opus 4.6 product. Costs remain unchanged from the previous version, starting at three dollars per million input tokens.
