Cisco cutting under 4,000 jobs globally
Many global staff face job losses as Cisco reorganises to focus on artificial intelligence and other high-growth technology areas. The global tech firm announced plans to cut fewer than 4,000 positions, impacting under five per cent of its worldwide workforce, as part of a restructure. Impacted staff will receive pro-rated bonuses, severance, and access to new role training and certifications.
