Chelsea has officially signed Morgan Rogers from Aston Villa for a record-breaking £117 million, but their pursuit of another midfielder hit a snag. Bournemouth rejected Chelsea's £64 million offer for Alex Scott, who has also turned down a new contract with the Cherries.
