Burnham sacks Starmer allies in cabinet reshuffle

Allies of former Prime Minister Keir Starmer are questioning Andy Burnham's pledge to end infighting after he removed or demoted over half of Starmer's cabinet. Nick Thomas-Symonds and Bridget Phillipson, seen as loyal to Starmer, were sacked or demoted. Wes Streeting and John Healey, who resigned from Starmer's government, received senior roles.
