Burnham leads Makerfield poll by three points

The Makerfield by-election is a perilous contest for Andy Burnham, with recent polling showing a very narrow lead. Survation's initial survey reveals the Greater Manchester mayor leads Robert Kenyon, the Reform UK candidate, by a margin of only three points. This comes after Reform UK comfortably won over 50% of the vote in the constituency's local elections this month.
