The Crown Prosecution Service has frozen around £50m of assets belonging to two unnamed British nationals after securing its second-ever Unexplained Wealth Order. The assets include a £1.9m yacht, a £2.6m bank account, eight vehicles and properties in England, France, Spain and Portugal. The pair have three months to prove the money was lawfully obtained. Neither has been charged with or convicted of any crime.
