Keir Starmer 'deeply concerned' by Kanye West festival
Ensuring Britain is a place where Jewish people feel safe and secure is a shared responsibility, according to Prime Minister Keir Starmer. Starmer expressed deep concern regarding Kanye West's booking to headline Wireless Festival in London this summer, citing the rapper's previous antisemitic remarks and celebration of Nazism. West, 48, who has not performed in the UK since 2015, issued an an apology in January for his comments.
