Bournemouth Beat 10-Man Sunderland for First League Win

Bournemouth earned their first Premier League win of the season by beating 10-man Sunderland 2-0 at the Vitality Stadium. Marcus Tavernier scored in the sixth minute before Kevin Danso was sent off for dragging down Evanilson, who later scored after Omar Alderete's weak backpass. It was Sunderland's fourth straight league defeat, leaving them second from bottom, and defender Nordi Mukiele suggested they had become arrogant.
