Belfast City Airport wants to fly later and have 27% more flights

The airport is seeking to extend evening flights from 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM as part of a major expansion. It also wants to raise its annual flight limit by 27%, from 48,000 to 61,000 movements. A campaign group, Belfast City Airport Watch, intends to object, concerned about more aircraft noise and sleep disturbance for locals.
