Two groups may sue UK over drug prices
NHS patients could pay more for medicines if ministers override independent drug price decisions. Campaign groups Global Justice Now and Just Treatment are threatening legal action against the Department of Health and Social Care. They claim a statutory instrument, in force last month, is an unlawful power grab allowing ministers to bypass Nice's judgment.
