Bank closures hit 53 a month, apps struggle

Bank branches are closing fast, leaving many people with fewer ways to manage their money, especially if they struggle with apps. Banks and building societies are shutting down at a rate of 53 every month, and some banking apps have also had outages. One 78-year-old customer now has "one option" left after her local Lloyds branch closed.
