Apple iPhone sales in China jump 20%

Shoppers in China bought more iPhones even as the wider phone market shrank and prices rose. Counterpoint Research said on Friday that Apple’s shipments in China rose 20% in the January to March quarter, while total smartphone shipments fell 4%. Huawei kept first place with a 20% market share, with Apple close behind on 19%.
