‘We’ve lost the keys’ - Iran troll Trump over Hormuz
Iran’s Embassy in Zimbabwe responded to Trump’s demand to reopen the Strait of Hormuz by posting ‘We’ve lost the keys’ on X, after an earlier post saying ‘Trump, please talk. We are bored’ drew 5.7 million views. Iran’s Embassy in South Africa added: ‘Shh… the key’s are under the flowerpot. Just open for friends.’ Multiple Iranian embassies have been posting memes mocking US threats throughout the war.
