Trump Sits in on Supreme Court for First Time Ever
No sitting president has ever attended oral arguments at the nation's highest court until Wednesday. Trump watched as justices questioned his executive order to end birthright citizenship, a right protected by the 14th Amendment since 1868. A majority appeared sceptical of the government's case, with an ACLU lawyer telling CNN the justices hammered the administration on how the policy would actually work.
