Edinburgh Airport opens again after package alert
Travellers may still face delays as flight timetables continue to be affected while staff work to return services to normal. On Saturday morning, the airport resumed operations after part of its terminal was cleared on Friday evening when police investigated a possible threat. An explosives disposal unit examined an item found at about 6.50pm, and roads were shut during the response.
