Man Hospitalised After Liquid Thrown at Him in Liverpool

A man was taken to hospital after an unknown liquid was thrown at him in Liverpool city centre on Wednesday, April 29. Emergency services were called at around 1.55pm following reports a woman and man had squirted the substance. Police are treating the incident as a targeted attack, with initial tests indicating the liquid was a domestic cleaning product.
