Discount chain B&M has launched High Court action against Morrisons, alleging intellectual property infringement and breach of confidence. Court records show the claim, listed as a copyright and design right case, also names Simon Buckley, a senior general merchandise buyer at the supermarket. No court hearing has yet been held, B&M declined to give any further details, and Morrisons declined to comment on the case.
