Attempted murderer, 44, escapes prison car valet work

People are warned not to approach a convicted triple attempted murderer, 44, now at large from an open prison. John Laidlaw vanished yesterday afternoon after his car valet shift at Kirklevington Grange Prison, Stockton-on-Tees. Police reported him missing at 4.30pm and are using dogs and drones in their search.
