ASOS App Hijacked to Broadcast Hackers' Snowflake Leak Threat

ASOS App Hijacked to Broadcast Hackers' Snowflake Leak Threat

ASOS customers received a push notification on Tuesday titled ASOS HACKED, apparently sent through the retailer's app. The message, addressed to ASOS's data protection officer and IT team, claimed attackers had fully compromised the company's Snowflake instance and threatened a leak unless they engaged, linking to a Telegram chat. ASOS has not publicly confirmed a breach. Shoppers are being told not to click the link.
