Apple has revealed its new Watch Series 12 and Watch Ultra 4, with both getting an upgraded health sensing system. The Series 12 measures heart rate every five seconds, up to 24 times more often for HRV, and has a new daily "Readiness" score. The Ultra 4 boasts an extended 50-hour battery life for everyday use and also new ceramic case colours.
