Andy Burnham opens No 10 North in Manchester

Prime Minister Andy Burnham officially opened No 10 North in Manchester on Friday, a new government headquarters designed to shift power away from Westminster. He called it the "best day of my life" and expressed a desire to restore hope in Britain. Burnham plans to work from the Heron House office once a week, with other ministers also using the base regularly.
