Andrew charged taxpayers for massages while trade envoy

Retired civil servants allege Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor billed the public for massages and high travel costs as a UK trade representative. One official recalled refusing a request following a Middle East trip, only for senior staff to approve the payment regardless. The Department for Business and Trade did not dispute these allegations, referring instead to the ongoing police investigation into the former prince.
