AI skills bring UK workers promotions and higher pay

UK workers are seeing better career opportunities and increased earnings as demand for AI skills grows. HiBob's new research, from UK business leaders, links AI skills to promotion decisions (63%), performance ratings (61%), and pay (31%). Over four in ten (43%) businesses would pay at least a 10% salary premium for AI safety, ethics, and governance skills.
